Thank you for supporting Livin 4 Light we are a handmade small business. We want you to love your purchase and are committed to creating beautiful, quality pieces for your home.

Because our products are handcrafted with care and many are made specifically for you, all custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom-sized chunky blankets and throws
• Personalized or made-to-order décor items
• Special color requests or custom designs
• Any item created specifically based on your preferences

Please carefully review your selections before placing your order. We are happy to answer questions and help you choose the right option before your purchase is finalized.

For eligible non-custom items, we accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

We carefully inspect each item before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a solution.

Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law.

Because many items begin production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 Hours of placing your order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
